I chose a sports and health sciences degree because of my long-standing interest in sports. The programme provided excellent preparation for coaching and teaching. The three years of study were both enjoyable and educational, with top-notch facilities and great teachers. It's ideal for anyone interested in sports, training, and teaching.

The programme is highly enriching, challenging, and educational, making graduates competitive. I highly recommend it.

The facilities in Laugardal offer skating rinks, athletics halls, a swimming pool, and gyms, all conveniently located near Stakkahlíð for theoretical classes.
